    Download the Sibstar app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Choose

    Select the relevant account type. When you are supporting someone, they have the card and you have the app. Or, you can have the card and app by yourself, for yourself.

  • Sign up

    In the app, complete your details and we’ll pop a Sibstar card in the post. Activate the card, add money to the card and you’re ready to go!

  • Manage

    Set daily, monthly and cashpoint limits. Switch on/off cashpoint withdrawals, online & phone use. You can even set a daily auto top up.
